Hackathon

All you’ve got is 40 hours… and unlimited access to mentors and the internet. Will you join a group, or you will you pull out that idea you’ve always had, and create your own group? Either way, you just have to take the first step and arrive with your laptop and sleeping bag. Everything else – technologies, colleagues and mentors – will already be right there.

You’ll have a chance to try out technologies you’d hardly have a hope of using anywhere else, and to gain know-how simply and directly – and you can finally talk over your ideas with other people.

Don’t be fooled. #AimtecHackathon isn’t just about programming. Everyone who knows how to think tech and to work with hardware – or, say, graphics and UX – will find a place here!

TechTalks

Come and learn what’s shaking the world of tech. At the Saturday conference, you’ll enjoy presentations by IT professionals from leading technology firms and interesting startups. Absolutely everyone – students, parents, experts and laymen – is welcome among the audience.

This event’s cosy atmosphere will give you a unique opportunity to speak with the presenters both during and outside of their presentations. Don’t miss your chance to meet up with some of the best.

Younghackers

Think IT’s a bad fit for your kids – that it’s just sitting in front of a computer? Wrong! We’ll convince you that technology is fun. Our Sunday programme is for everyone aged 5–15, and we can guarantee that you and your children will leave it with lots of new experiences and smiles on your faces.

Besides the toys your children will be able to try out, you’ll also find information on possibilities for tech education in Pilsen, and on juniors’ future possible careers. You too may have a little IT star at home. Come and find out!
